The last time anyone formally assessed your English, you were a teenager sitting a written paper. Nobody has measured your speech since.
Every learner is assessed live by a certified assessor before enrolment and placed on the Common European Framework. You get a level, in writing, before you pay.
In India, being able to speak English is treated as a qualification to teach it. Most trainers have never studied how a language is acquired.
Every trainer is in-house and full-time, with an international teaching certification (CELTA, Trinity, British Council or Pearson) and a degree in linguistics or ELT.

Every programme begins with a measurement. A certified assessor evaluates your speaking, listening and pronunciation live, one-to-one, against the Common European Framework of Reference, and identifies precisely what is holding your level where it is.

Two professionals at the same level rarely got there for the same reason. Your plan is built on your diagnosis and on second-language acquisition research: which features to address, in what order, and over how many months.

Fluency is built through use. Five live sessions a week put the plan to work in real contexts, from meetings and presentations to interviews and disagreement, with pronunciation coaching and correction while the sentence is still in working memory.

Every sentence you speak passes through four stages, from the idea in your mind to the sound of your voice.

Your brain finds the words and builds the grammar to express the idea. In your first language, all four stages run in under half a second, so you never notice them. In a second language, formulation falls behind: the words and structures arrive late. That delay is audible, and it is what you have been calling hesitation.

Your breath, voice, tongue and lips turn the planned sentence into speech.

It is a speech-processing bottleneck.
It is not a personality trait.
And it is trainable.
Material pitched just above your current level. Below it you learn nothing new; too far above it, comprehension collapses.
You find out what you cannot say only when you are made to say it. Understanding hides the gap; speaking exposes it.
An error you never registered is an error you will keep. Most errors survive for years because nobody flagged them in the moment.
Correction works inside a window of seconds. A week later it is information. In the moment, it is training.
First, you meet new language pitched just above your current level. Then you have to use it under real pressure, in conversation, role-play or argument, which exposes exactly what you cannot yet say. Your trainer helps you notice what went wrong and corrects it on the spot, while the sentence is still fresh. Then the cycle begins again, one step higher.

What we will not do
The assessment produces a number: the months it will take to reach your target. If it says nine and your budget covers three, we tell you so, and we do not enrol you. Three months of training on a nine-month problem produces one demoralised learner and one paid invoice. We would rather not have the invoice.
Every other centre in this market will take ₹10,000 or ₹20,000 from anyone who walks in, knowing the course cannot deliver what the learner came for. That is why the market has no trust in it. An institution that turns money away when the work cannot be done is the only kind that deserves any.
